Viral Media Gen provides tools for creating social media content including quote images, videos, and photo-based quotes. The Service includes both free and premium features accessible through paid subscriptions.
3. Free and Premium Features
Free Features: Single content generators for images, videos, photo quotes, and photo quote videos.
Premium Features: Bulk content generators requiring an active paid subscription. Access to premium features is granted immediately upon successful payment and subscription activation.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) depending on your selected plan.
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis.
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with advance notice to subscribers.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
- No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
- Your subscription will not automatically renew after cancellation.
6. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account and password
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Violate any intellectual property rights
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code

Content generated using our Service belongs to you, subject to the terms of the third-party services we use (such as Pexels for stock photos).
